30 Minutes Free Report Reveals The Arts Of Link Exchange!

 by: Dave Tan

Dear Internet Friend,

Greetings, I will cut to the chase - if you have founded this page that could only mean one thing…you want a proven web marketing technique that will attract more targetted web traffic to your web site and you want to do it all for FREE (no hidden charges, no fee, no affiliates). Who doesn’t? :-)

So what’s Link Exchange anway?

Link exchange is also known as reciprocal link exhange, link swap, link trade - you place my link information on your site and I will place yours on my site. It’s like a barter/trade of exchanging links - you scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours…sounds familiar?

The best thing about this form of web promotion is that it’s literally FREE and is the most cost-effective way to improve your link popularity.

Note: Link exchange will NOT boost your page rank… link popularity and page rank is two different stories. I will reveal two excellent tools to determine your link poularity and page rank later…

Link exchange will NOT bring you an immediate surge or flood of web visitors rushing to your web site. It’s more like a long term advertising, slowly building up the momentum by increasing your link popularity.

Link exchange can also be thought of as a FREE form of quality advertising for your site. Imagine this, your link partner’s visitor visit his/her page, couldn’t find what he/she is looking for, click on the links page to search for more resources…and your site is included in the link page. What does this means for you? Exactly, FREE targetted visitors for your web site!

WARNING: Exchanging links with unrelated web sites can be HARMFUL & DANGEROUS to both your site and even your business reputation!

Oh, exchanging links is NOT risk-free? Well, it’s risk-free or at least safe if you follow the guidelines below:

Always find for Quality, Complementary, Matching, Related and above all Responsible & Ethical web site/webmaster as your link partner.

NEVER, ever exchange links with web sites that contain porn, violent, racists, hatred materials. Period. Sites that encourage illegal, immoral, irresponsible, unethical activities or contents will ONLY give your customer a bad impression of your business or web site - use your own judgement here! :-)

AVOID swapping links with the following kind web site:

Web site that contains NO apparent content, web site that are so full of affiliate links that it make no sense at all!

Web site with very poor presentation or unacceptable web design (apparently the webmaster doesn’t care about his/her site, let alone your link?) Especially if the site don’t have a clear naviagation system or way to the links page.

In other words, you can’t easily find the links page or your link simply because the webmaster tries to hide it from his/her visitors!

Web site that do NOT categorize their links, especially if they have more than 50 links. Would you like to see your link buried deep within 50 or 100 non-categorized links? Never do the same thing to your link partners too! :-p

Web site that appears to be a link farm or linking to one (including FFA - Free For ALL sites). Same as above, only difference is that such web site will link to almost any kind of web site (including but not limited to illegal and porn sites!), swapping links with such web site will do you more harm than good… avoid it at all costs!

Web site that uses third party link exchange service to manage their links - you will notice this when you get a link back from them.

If the link is NOT directly from the website you’re exchanging links with, rather from a third party site (different domain), then delete his/her link IMMEDIATELY (okay this sounds a bit harsh, but do you really want to be penalized for linking to a link-farm? Besides, this is like cheating. Anyway, third party site uses script to verify your link…). You can always contact the webmaster….

I have traded links with this kind of web site before, and frankly, I feel so cheated! (those links are not very valuable…) :-(

Well. Did you realize some embellishments to your knowledge repository of Web Marketing?

We have additional resources. You will read additional Website Promotion write-ups. It is for you to get the sources on Website Promotion at the close of this piece of information.

Above all, web site that is under construction and even worse, always offline and unavailable, you know those scary 404 errors - page not found (your link will be offline too!)

There are some web sites/webmasters that are really picky about which sites they will exchange links with. They will basically ONLY exchange links with site that meets a certain page rank…

These web sites may or may not have a high page rank or link popularity…I will reveal two excellent tools that will expose their page rank and link popularity now. :-)

How do you check a web site’s Page Rank and Link Popularity?

To know another web site’s or your web site’s page rank, just download this nifty Internet Explorer add-on:

Google Toolbar: http://toolbar.google.com/

When you’ve installed it on your computer, the Google toolbar will reside nicely on top of your Interter Explorer browser. Be sure to enable page rank view.

To view another web site’s or your own web site’s link popularity, you simply insert the to the appropriate URL right after the q=&url=

Alexa’s Link Popularity Checker: http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?q=&url=

For example:

http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?q=&url=http://www.yoursite.com/

Visit alexa.com: http://www.alexa.com/ if you have any questions or simply want to know more about link popularity.

Is Link Exchange difficult?

Is writing a simple friendly email difficult?

Okay. The endurance till this point supports the view that you are too much meddlesome in Web Marketing and Website Promotion. Just keep on reading, there are additional facts to follow.

There are basically two ways to exchange links. Before you start exchanging links, make sure the web site meets all the neccesary requirements to be your potential link partner.

More importantly, make sure the webmaster is interested in link exchange (Visit that particular web site and find the links page).

Add your link and wait for reply…

Usually there’s a “add your link” or “submit your site” link. These are script that the webmaster written or installed to facilitate the process of link exchange.

It’s an easy way to exchange link, you just basically fill in your name, email address, link information, and the reciprocal URL. After you’ve submitted your link information, simply wait for the webmaster to reply your request.

It usually takes around 1-2 days, but I’ve also experienced webmaster who takes more than a week (in some cases, two weeks!) to approve a simple link request…hmm, either they are simply too busy or don’t care!

A good rule of thumb is to allow up to a week (7 days) for a web site to reciprocate. If they do not reply within a week, you know what to do… :-)

Email the webmaster personally…

This approach to link exchange is far more better and effective (in my opinion) because it is more personal and genuine. It may sound a little bit of a hassle and in some cases difficult but heh, quality does come with a price!

For those who don’t know how to write a friendly email requesting link exchange, don’t worry…I will give you a simple yet effective email template.

Visit that particular web site, try to find the webmaster’s name and jolt down what interest thing you find in his/her site and tell him/her that his/her site will be a great resource for your visitors.

No doubts about the coherence of this report, still the readers are uncertain about its advantages.

This stuff is an extra mileage for those readers who were on the lookout of Web Marketing. All were not in a position to acquire the gains from it.

You can analyze the material in the best possible manner. Just comprehend till the terminating word and get the meaning of the piece of information.

Hi Jimmy! < --If the webmaster's name is John, use John then :-)

I’ve visited your site: www.jimmysite.com and I really like it. Your site looks very professional and interesting.

I think your site will a great resource for my visitors so I have included your link information on my site:

http://www.yoursite.com/links_1.htm < --Always Mention the reciprocal link

Here’s my site for you to review:

http://www.yoursite.com < -Try to make life easier for your link partner :-)

I have included my link information at the bottom of this message.

If you’re interested in exchanging links with my site, please send me an email including your link information and where you’ve placed my link - I will send you an email confirming I have posted your link.

Well done on providing the web users with useful and quality information / services! I hope you will consider this reciprocal link exchange and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

John < -Always mention your name, this is very important!

links@yoursite.com

www.yoursite.com

P.S. If for any reaons you are not interested in exchanging links with me, please just reply me with the a simply no thanks or I’m not interested in link exchange. < -Including a simple and friendly "remove me" will make your offer look more professional and genuine.

General Information:

URL: http://www.yoursite.com/

Title: Offers some products some services

Description: We offer the best X products and Y services…

There! It’s as simple as that! I’m sure you can come up with a better or more creative email template! :-)

As a golden rule, always mention who you are (your name - more personal), where (which web site) you are from and that you’ve included his/her link!

Most webmasters are more inclined to include your link this way…Always make it easy for your potential link partner to find his/her link (provide the exact URL, which category, etc.) and use less than 60-70 characters per line - it will make the email easier for anyone to read.

What if your potential link partner REJECT your link exchange request?

Yes, it is quite possible but if your site meets all the neccesary requirements of a quality link partner, chances of your request been rejected is minimal.

However, as I’ve mentioned before, they are some web sites that are ONLY interested in swapping links with web sites that has a certain page rank…If you really want to exchange links with these sites, you can always try it later when your site have a higher page rank.

Where do you find potential link partners?

Finding quality link partners is becoming quite a challenge, especially if you’ve traded more than 100-200 links. If you’re looking for a quick and list of sites that accept reciprocal linking, here are some of the sites which I’ve used and would gladly recommend:

http://linkpartners.com/

http://www.linkexchanged.com/

http://www.linkalizer.com/

Remember, always and ONLY exchange links with related web sites, that way your chances of getting reciprocated will greatly improved.

Some final thoughts…

One more thing before we wrap this up nice report…although link exchange is a free form of advertising and a great way to boost your link popularity, it does require some efforts and patience to maintain it - this is especially true when you have more than 50 links.

You can save yourself a lot of confusion and trouble if you categorize your links neatly, this will also add some “appeal” for other webmasters to exchange links with you.

That’s all for this report, I hope you had a wonderful time reading it!

Happy Linking,

Dave Tan

If you are searching for the hints on #Christian Advertising then this is the perfect article for you. You can ascertain the specifics here. They might metamorphose your concept.

Let’s appreciate if you go through the complete piece of article it has chosen conspicuous minutiae for you to choose. Here it advances.

Definition: A doorway page is content created specifically for the purpose of garnering high placements in the search engines.

Issue: Google makes the following specific recommendation: Avoid “doorway” pages created just for search engines or other “cookie cutter” approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content (http://www.google.com/intl/az/webmasters/guidelines.html).

This article addresses the issue of doorway pages, proposes an acceptable alternative and offers some insights into the basic principles of search engine optimization.

To frame the issue of doorway pages it is important to understand why content is so critical to search engine optimization. In order to do this we need to step back and take a look at the search engines themselves:

Completely admissible! Stop being ignorant, comprehend it diligently to get perfect write-up which will improve your intellectual capabilities. If you continue to read further, we guarantee that your curiosity in this would strengthen.

Google, Yahoo, MSN, and all other search engines want to provide the same thing: A prioritized list of links that point to most relevant web sites satisfying the users search criteria.

Relevance is defined as the best content with the best fit to the user s search. That s a search engine s value providing efficient access to the information a user wants when they want it.

The search engine that does the best job of delivering the largest quantity of the most relevant results attracts the most users.

No doubts about the consistency of this write-up, still the individuals are doubtful about its advantages.

The material is meant to cater to those persons who were searching for #Christian Advertising. It was ineffective for few readers.

As an expert who is hunting for #Christian Advertising, only you can rather figure out if this assists. Traverse till the concluding word to explain about its worth.

Obviously speed, ease-of-use and marketing impact popularity but in the end the quality of the results counts most.

The best way for you to get long-term results is by partnering with the search engines. Partnering means recognizing and supporting the value-proposition that the search engines provide to their end-users:

Provide lots of highly relevant content
Follow accepted (i.e. ethical) search engine optimization principles

Is there an alternative? Sure, like many situations there are always short cuts and quick fixes that purport to let you game the system. Instead of partnering with the search providers you compete with them. By compete I mean all the effort (and dollars) expended to chase their constantly evolving algorithms and artificially increase your site s rankings. These techniques may get you short-term results but many are considered the equivalent of spamming and could get your site de-listed. From a search engine providers point of view, anything that gets better results for sites with inferior content (and fit) is compromising their product and is temporary until they tune their algorithm so that it correctly ranks your site (down).

One of these shortcuts is the use of doorway pages. The rest of this article discusses the use of doorway pages and recommends an alternative approach.

No doubts about the clarity of this report, still the folks are shaky about its gains.

This write-up is an embellishment for those readers who were on the lookout of #Christian Advertising. But few of them didn’t benefit.

You could be the finest person to give impartial perception on the stuff. One has to be placid while reading because the concluding word can make a difference.

What is a doorway page?
Doorway pages are pages of content that have been specifically designed to achieve high rankings in the search engines. They are often used by websites that don t have an abundance of content within the main pages of their site due to technology issues or design conflicts. They can be an effective tool for garnering short-term placement in search engine rankings when used appropriately, but doorway pages have been abused by websites for many years, to the point that they are frowned upon by search engines who now attempt to exclude them from their result pages.

What does a Doorway Page look like?
A doorway page appears as if it was built specifically to attain high search engine placement, and offers little value to searchers. It often has the following characteristics:
oA lot of poorly written content, with an abundance of hyperlinked phrases in the body text
oCopy that is stuffed with lists of keywords
oZero (0) in-bound links from other parts of the website
Example: you build a doorway page named targeted-keyword.html, but do not link to this page from any other part of your website. Google assumes no in-bound links exist because this page is of little value, and you want to hide it from regular visitors to its site.
oA redirection that automatically loads a new page once the doorway pages is accessed

Bottom line: A doorway page stands alone from your website, and offers little value to searchers

If any of those characteristics exist on the page, and if a number of these pages are created within a single website, Google is likely to discount their value, or worse, ban the site.

If doorway pages are inappropriate then what is a better alternative?

The essay page
An essay page, on the other hand, is integrated into the main website (although not into the navigation structure). It offers real value to the searcher because the content is relevant and well-written. It often has the following characteristics:
oClean HTML coding with an HTML design similar to that of other pages of the website
oA lot of content, with several hyperlinked phrases in the body text
oSeveral in-bound links from other parts of the website
Example: On the solutions page, you hyperlink the phrase targeted keyword, to the targeted-keyword.html essay page.
oQuality content that offers real value to the searcher

Bottom line: An essay page is a natural extension of your website. For all intents and purposes, it is integrated content more than it is a doorway page, because it expands on a certain subject.
Will you benefit from using essay pages?
Essay pages used effectively can be good solutions when a site s navigation does not support the addition of content, or if it would be difficult to develop valuable content to include within the main navigation. If this is not the case I recommend that you add additional pages of content (which will provide more benefits than essay pages), while enhancing the user experience.

Summary and Recommendation

The creation and proper integration of additional content is critical to the ability to achieve consistent top 10 rankings on the most targeted keywords. Essay pages can be valuable when a website cannot be easily scaled to include more content through the main navigation structure. However, the first priority should be increasing content as much as possible before resorting to essay pages.

Over time, your more sophisticated competitors will compete for placement by incorporating significant content, and by implementing important search engine optimization features, not by using essay (or doorway) pages.

If you ve adopted an aggressive doorway page strategy, it s possible (and maybe likely) that a competitor would report it to Google. If Google determines that you have violated their rules, you could be de-listed .

As a result of the risk that doorway pages pose and the benefits integrating additional relevant content provides, I strongly recommend the approach of reevaluating your navigation structure, and adding additional pages of relevant content if possible. From a search engine ranking point of view content is not king, but relevant content sure is.

The ritzy erudition on christian web promotion can be acquired through this write-up. The abdication from the bewilderment on internet marketing can be attained here. All these things may modulate your conception.

If you engross yourself in this report, you could appreciate the delight of enjoying some nibbles of the scoop. This well-proportioned exposition is simply for you.

Simply put, business plans can make or break your business. Starting a Drop Ship business online is no different from starting a traditional non-online business. With the strong emphasis individuals place on writing business plans for starting up non-internet-based companies, it is equally crucial to prepare a business plan for your online business.

Okay. Be positive that your search would go ahead of this point. Continue reading, you’ll discover some additional awareness.

A business plan serves many important purposes for the online business. First, because the business plan has a detailed list of the tasks to undertake, it is a call to action for you to promote your business actively and not procrastinate on your marketing efforts. Second, it provides a blueprint that describes your company effectively: the market, the products and the steps you need for effective marketing. This serves to guide your business through the months ahead.

Business plans normally comprise of five sections:

1) The Objectives. This section will describe the objectives for the venture, and the mission statement that defines the online business. It states both the financial and strategic objectives and is normally about one page long. There should be a concise description of the Drop Ship business at the start. A brief example:

Magical Stores Online is an internet company that provides quality tools and resources for magic tricks. We aim to consistently provide magicians with reliable tools for conducting magic tricks, and also accurate information and guides on how to properly perform the magic tricks with our tools. In our first year online, our target is to have U.S. $400,000 in revenues and $100,000 in profits. This can be achieved by attracting an average of about 5000 visitors to our website every month through effective internet marketing. Our strategy is to attract recurring traffic to our website by continually updating the useful resources and information on our website. Magicians will constantly return for more useful tips on magic tricks. This cuts our marketing costs drastically and adds to our profit margin.

All right. The endurance till this point supports the view that you are too much interested in christian web promotion and internet marketing. Keep reading, there are more details to follow.

2) The Executive summary. The executive summary should contain a few important details. It should outline the basic model of the company, how the business functions, the market environment, and also the business opportunity in the market. A continuation from the previous example:

No doubts about the coherence of this report, still the persons are shaky about its assistance.

Those who were scrutinizing for christian web promotion felt delighted. But some of them didn’t help.

You can be very competent in your quest for christian web promotion before being judgemental about this report. Explore till the end to find if it works for you.

Magical Stores Online is a retailer of magic products on the internet. We specialize in card and coin tricks and stage magic, and classify our products according to age group, skill level, features, and the occasion they are used for. Magicians can browse the product catalogue on our website and buy their products with a shopping cart software. They can choose to pay either by credit cards or by checks. We use a third party credit card merchant to process our payments, hence eliminating the need to have a merchant account ourselves. A profit is realized whenever a sale is made, because we obtain our products at a wholesale price and we sell them at a retail price. Since our supplier, Company XYZ, drop ships the products directly to the customers address, we do not need to hold any inventory. Our market comprises of magicians of any age group who specialize in card and coin tricks and stage magic. The opportunity lies in the internet as a marketing medium for magic products. Since the rise of the internetin the mid 1990s, we find that the major magic product retailers do not use the internet effectively to market their products. With effective internet marketing skills, we believe that we can reach a wider audience than the other major players, thus claiming a large market share.

*Note that in a real business plan, the business owner should aim to provide a more detailed version than the examples given above. The examples here only serve to illustrate an overview of what the basic business plan should encompass.

3) Marketing Strategies. In this section, you will describe the steps you intend to take in order to market your business effectively on the internet. There are a few basic marketing methods available on the internet. Mentioned below are three of the most popular methods.

- Email Marketing. Ezines and newsletters are powerful tools. It is simply the most cost-effective form of marketing on the internet. Sending out email promotions or newsletters to your subscriber base costs virtually nothing, except for the time you spend on writing your newsletter. With the web form on your website, you can capture the names and email addresses of the customers who subscribed to your newsletter. I do not recommend that you send your subscribers with product promotions regularly, but you should continually provide them with useful tips and information. In this way, you establish your credibility as an expert and maintain a strong relationship with your customers, instead of appearing as someone just out to make money. Promotions for your products should only be sent out about once or twice a month.

- Search engine optimization. Optimizing your website for high search engine results on google, yahoo and msn, is a powerful way of getting large volumes of traffic at low cost. However, you have to put in a lot of effort for a long period of time, as top rankings do not appear overnight. There are two factors for search engine optimization: On-page or Off-page optimization. On-page optimization involves tweaking the page title, header and meta tags to include the website keywords. It also involves scattering the keywords throughout the page to improve the site relevancy. Off-page optimization, on the other hand, is much more important than on-page. It involves soliciting links from relevant websites. The more the websites that link to your site, and the higher the importance/relevance of the website linking to yours, the higher your website will be ranked on the search engines. Google places a very strong emphasis on this.

- Pay-per-click (PPC) Search Engines. This requires you to pay a sum of money for every visitor that clicks through the search engine to your website. The higher the amount you pay, the higher your website will be ranked on the PPC search engine. The basis for profiting with this marketing tool is by bidding less than the amount that each visitor to your website is worth. Overture is definitely the market leader for pay-per-click search engines.

4) Competitive Analysis. In this section, you have to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors, and the factors that will differentiate your products or services from your competitors. You have to analyze your competitors and record what makes them so successful, and also the weaknesses you can capitalize on to get an edge in the market. For example, competitors may not be using email marketing effectively to promote the products to customers. You can capitalize on this by using newsletters more intensively, establishing your credibility as an industry expert. To differentiate an online Drop Ship business, it is more viable to provide a reliable service from your website. This usually means providing a wealth of tips, articles and information for your visitors. This will attract them to continuously return to your website for the latest tips and resources that will benefit them. Fast response to their email queries and also fast shipping are also good services you can provide.

5) The financial projection section. In this section you can project the profit-loss statements and the cash flow statements for your business. The profit-loss statement records the monthly profit/loss realized over the months, while the cash flow statement records the difference between revenue and expenditure over the months. The costs for an online Drop Ship business will include:

- One-time costs for software like shopping cart software, email marketing software, and also search engine optimization software.

- Recurring costs for the wholesale price of the products, web hosting fees, a proportion of revenue paid to your third party credit card merchant to process your payments, and also internet marketing costs.

This section will be useful for you to gauge how your Drop Ship business performs according to your expectations.

In conclusion, business plans do not only apply to real-world businesses, but are equally critical to online businesses as well. They serve as blueprints of the companies and also as strong calls to action for the aspiring internet entrepreneurs to achieve their success in ecommerce.

You be obligated to be unwavering enough for deciding on your piece of the servings. Get ready to discover the exciting facts ahead.

Increase Traffic with a Good Title

 by: TC Thorn

There’s such a thing as taking search engine optimization too far. I’m not talking about black hat versus white hat, things that might get you banned versus staying pristine. I’m talking about keyword stuffing in the title. As far as search engine optimization goes, there’s nothing wrong with it. You might very well make it to #1 with a title like “Widgets, Black Widgets, Home Widgets, Cheap Widgets.”

But who’s going to click on that?

Oh, I’m sure some people will. But I’m betting the guy who’s at #3 with “Widget Information” is going to get more visitors.

Sometimes we webmasters spend so much time trying to second-guess the search engines that we forget potential visitors, people, are the ones we really need to impress. Yes, it’s important to get onto that first page of search engine results, but once you’re there, think of ways to entice people with your titles.

This stuff is exceedingly fantastic still some readers are uncertain about its positives.

It aided those folks who were hunting facts on anxiety attacks. It was unproductive for a couple of persons.

You can assess the material in the best possible manner. The basic point is to reach at the concluding word to identify the facts.

I’m not saying to get rid of keywords in your titles altogether; instead, take your main keyword and work your title around it.

So, what makes a good title?

First off, get rid of the mass of keywords separated by commas. If people were looking for synonyms, they’d grab a thesaurus rather than popping onto Google. Instead, put yourself in the shoes of the person looking for information on widgets. If you were the one doing the looking, what kind of title would attract you?

You really can’t go wrong with Keyword Information or some variation of that title. After all, that’s what most people are looking for, information. However, that can be a bit dry.

Well. Stop being a child, comprehend it diligently to get model article which will improve your intellectual capabilities. Get an extra mileage by flipping through the pages further.

You may want to consider employing what writers call a hook. This is something that grabs your attention and makes you want to continue reading in order to satisfy your curiosity. Journalists employ this method all the time to increase newspaper sales.

Some examples might be:

Widgets, Bad for Your Health?

Are Widgets Safe for Your Children?

Widgets Increase Sales… If Used Correctly

Be creative. Whatever you do, make sure your titles are cohesive. Think like your visitors, not like the search engines. Lure the visitor into clicking on your site instead of the nine other sites listed on the search engine results page. You might just be surprised at the increase in traffic you receive.

Ah. Now you just be responsive to the facts given here. Unerringly it might add to your information.

We have additional stuff on health if you want to read. Towards the closing paragraph, don’t be forgetful to experience the sources on health.
